Who We Are

Cypress Ventures Group was created in 2019 by
Constantine Vasilatos & Bruce Zake.

Cos and Bruce have more than 30 years in
combined real estate investment experience.

Constantine Vasilatos

Constantine Vasilatos, President & Chief Operating Officer. Constantine (Cos) has been a full-time entrepreneur and real-estate
investor since 1994. He owns and manages a private real estate portfolio in NE Ohio. He owned West Point Mortgage from 2001 through 2008. West Point Mortgage flowed $8M monthly of
both commercial and residential loans to the secondary
market. Over the last 25 years, he has bought and sold more
than 300 units in the Ohio market.

Cos oversees day-to-day operations of our current portfolio while managing ongoing improvements and construction at our properties. Bruce and Cos research properties and work with our real estate agents to bring investments to our outside investors and partners.

Bruce Zake

Bruce Zake, Chief Executive Officer, CIO. Bruce has been in the real estate business since 2010 and manages a portfolio of apartment buildings and single family homes in Summit County, Ohio.

Bruce’s role as the CIO is looking for property in the greater Northeast Ohio area and tasked with sifting data to hand off to our team of real estate professionals who help us secure deals for our group of partners and investors. Bruce’s past experience with many Fortune 500 companies prepped him for using advertising, marketing and social media skills in the real estate business. Bruce also maintains our electronic presence including website development and systems.

Bruce has more than 30 years of business experience as a photographer for dozens of national publications such as Forbes, Businessweek, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Time Magazine as well as many trade publications related to higher education and the rubber and plastics industries.
